The entire sight includes a small building for security guards located outside the perimeter walls, ensuring the main building is well protected. Additionally, there is a separate building for administration and a laundry room. There is more than enough space for parking in de front of the building and a spacious outdoor area offers a stunning view of the Atlantic Ocean.

The main building features an entry room with a reception area. On the ground floor, there is a large gathering space with a meeting table and three well-arranged office rooms. The first floor boasts seven large suites, each with its own bathroom. There is also a spacious kitchen and a comfortable lounge area with beautiful couches. We also have a partnership with a local restaurant, so supplying delicious meals won’t be a problem.
